Preferred Carbon Land Management Solutions Ltd. (the "Company") is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes the needs of people with whom we do business (clients, suppliers, contractual counter-parties, employees, etc.) for the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that individuals agree to provide to us ("Personal Information"). Our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") includes guidelines regarding the collection, storage, use, and retention of, as well as access to, Personal Information as follows:

1. Collection and Use:
The Company collects Personal Information about individuals (clients, suppliers, employees, contractual counter-parties, etc.) in order to better manage its business. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to fully inform such individuals about the planned use/disclosure. The Company will not sell any Personal Information and will limit the collection and use of Personal Information to that required for valid business purposes or to comply with applicable legislation.

2. Accuracy:
The Company will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Personal Information it collects and uses is accurate and complete.

3. Storage:
The Company will store Personal Information using hard copy and/or electronic means in such a way as to prevent unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure or disposal of the Personal Information.

4. Retention:
The Company will establish a retention period for all Personal Information collected. This retention period may be related to legislation other than Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Employment Standards, for example).

5. Disclosure: The Company will not disclose Personal Information unnecessarily to employees or any third parties, unless the affected individual consents.

6. Access: The Company promotes an individual's right of access to personal information about that individual. The Company will provide access to Personal Information upon request. Access will be provided according to established procedures.

In addition to the care that the Company takes directly, it is also working with all third party partners that may at some point handle Personal Information gathered by the Company in the course of their relationship with, and service to, the Company. Each third party partner has agreed to meet the Company's standards of privacy, confidentiality, and security.

All employees and third party staff who in any way handle or manage Personal Information have acknowledged and agreed to adhere to the Company's Privacy Policy and the procedures that support that Privacy Policy.
